Chicken and Rice Casserole

- 1 1/2 cups white rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- bone-in chicken pieces
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine first group of ingredients & spread in a 9×13 pan.
- Place chicken over rice mixture.
- Sprinkle soup mix over all.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 375°F / 190°C, 2+ hours.
Notes
Haven’t made this in Europe yet. Need to make the cream-of soups.
